Dr. S.O Bamidele is currently the Head of the Department of Political Science And International Diplomacy. He joined the service of the defunct College of Education now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science, and Technology on the 1st August 2004. He attended Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti, and the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State where he obtained his first and second degrees in Political Science in 1997 and 2011 respectively. He also attended Obafemi Awolowo University where he bagged his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science in 2017 [Public Policy Analyis]. He is happily married to a wife and blessed with wonderful children.
The core value of the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy is to produce graduate with a critical mind, requisite knowledge and skill to analyze, comprehend, predict and influence the factors that shape and mold power relationships in ever changing socio-political environment in a globalizing world.
