The core value underlying the Economics programme of the University is to produce graduates equipped with critical skills and abilities to make meaningful impacts in social and economic development of the country. The B.Sc. Economics Programme is either a 4-year regular programme by Unified Tertiary Matriculation entrance examination (UTME) or a 3-year regular programme by direct entry into 200 level.
At the final year, students will carry out supervised independent project in their specialized area of interest in Economics.
